A few months ago this firm made a decision to sell one of our investment properties out in Wetherill Park, NSW. Earlier this year we decided we had outgrown our current workshop facility at North Parramatta. We liked the central location we were currently in so we decided to look in the local area for another rental property. We approached a few local agents with limited results.
