In one instance where vandals had stolen the water mains on a Saturday morning, Mr Jason gave up a chunk of his weekend to obtain and monitor the services of an emergency plumber to ensure water could be restored before tenants arrived on the Monday. Less dramatic examples include urgent attention to maintenance of access gates and air-conditioning, as well as routine maintenance of the grounds. Mr Jason has made good use of his quality and reliable contractors to ensure that work is properly and cost-effectively maintained. Always responsive to phone calls and emails, it has been my experience that Mr Jason replies within minutes to any of my or my tenants enquiries. Problems are dealt with swiftly, thoroughly and cheerfully.

Derick Jason has managed all my commercial properties for awhile now and he has always been well informed about all aspects relating to my properties. Derick Jason has provided me with exceptional service in relation to my commercial property. From the moment we settled this property, which was sold as a going concern, this tenant has been very difficult. From a complex leasing contract to consistent late payments to the tenant's ulterior motive, Derick has navigated it all for me. He demonstrated initiative from the start by walking me through the dense lease contract and highlighted the things in the rental contract that concerned him, then went about seeking verification on those concerns so I didn't need to worry. When the tenant began falling behind on his rent Derick patiently but firmly pursued him and initiated talks with the solicitors in order to claim our director guarantee. When the tenant decided he wanted to sell the business and wanted us to lower the rent in order for him to sell his business Derick was instrumental in managing this issue. He has provided expertise advice on the appropriate steps forward. He juggled discussions with multiple parties: my tenant, my tenant's prospective buyer and their solicitors, as well as myself regarding this issue. He has done this in a professional and respectful manner and has continued to make my interests the priority. In addition to dealing with this problem, Derick has also been judging other issues with the property, namely a low hanging tree and a leaking roof. While these issues are on going Derick has remained in regular contact to keep me informed. His attention to detail and level of service regarding this property has been exceptional. He's truly the best in the business.
